disabled access

We want everyone to enjoy their night and we will do our best to make sure that happens.

The bar and the main event space are both located on the ground floor with easy access from the street.

We have an accessible toilet fitted with grab rails and electronic alarms.

Each individual event will state if it is a STANDING or SEATED show. Please consider this before booking a ticket.

seated events

If you are a wheelchair user or have accessibility requirements, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised door time and speak to a member of staff – they will help you access the auditorium prior to doors opening to find a suitable seat or position.

PLEASE NOTE: If you arrive after the doors have opened, we cannot guarantee assistance or your favoured position within the auditorium.

standing events

Due to the size and nature of the building we do not have a raised platform. Wheelchair users who attend a standing event may have a restricted view from a part of the room closest to the exits. For health & safety reasons, we do not allow wheelchairs or motorised scooters / vehicles at the front of the room.

If you have a medical issue which prevents you from standing for long periods, then we can supply a stool for you to sit on. This will be placed toward the rear of the main room. Please note: You must arrive 15 minutes before the advertised door time and let a member of the bar staff know your requirements when you arrive. Please note that once the doors are open we will no longer be able to provide this service. We have limited stools available, and these are supplied on a first-come-first-served basis.

There is also seating and tables in the bar area.

Companion/Carer Tickets

One free companion ticket is available for customers with a valid ACCESS CARD that displays the +1 symbol.

Click here to find out how to appy for an Access Card.

Please note that due to the size of the venue, companion tickets are limited. Please purchase one Essential Companion ticket via our website and this will allow admission to you and your companion.

Companion tickets are excluded from VIP / meet & greet tickets

The companion is required to attend to the needs of the person with a disability at all times whilst at the venue and must assist in the case of an emergency. They must be fit and able to carry out this task.

This video will give you a quick guided tour of the venue.
