Info and entrance policy

Tickets for all of our events are available to purchase online through our website. You can also buy tickets from our box office by telephone or in person. Please note that if you choose to buy tickets in person, the venue is only open whilst events are being held. If there is still availability on the day of the show you can buy tickets on the door.

By train: We are half a mile, 10 minute walk from the railway station. By bus: The bus station is 0.4 miles, 8 minute walk from the venue.
There is a large car park opposite the venue.
Door times are different for every event, please check the event page for further details. The venue and bar will be open from 6.45pm on event nights. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.
We have a full bar, snacks, and a cloakroom to leave your stuff. There are disabled toilets on both floors.
Most of our postponed events have now been rescheduled, so hang on to your tickets as they will be valid for the new date.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless an event is cancelled.
Each of our event pages will flag any age restrictions, it’s always best to check before you purchase your tickets as refund will not be given for under age visitors. Please remember that we may ask to see your ID.

14 and 15 year olds will need to be under the supervision of an adult and each adult may accompany a maximum of 2 children.

16 and 17 year olds may attend age appropriate events and must leave the venue once the show has ended.
We operate a challenge 25 policy. So, if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 and you’d like to purchase alcohol in the Old Fire Station, you will be required to prove that you are over the age of 18. Please bring valid identification with you.
We will refuse entry to anyone under the age of 18 who appears to be intoxicated. They will not receive a refund on their ticket.

Please be aware that your bags may be checked upon entry. Anyone under the age of 18 trying to bring alcohol into the venue will be refused entry and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.

Any adult caught purchasing alcohol for a minor will be asked to leave and reported to the police, they will not receive a refund on their ticket.

The Old Fire Station has a designated smoking area within it's grounds.
Please be aware that the Old Fire Station is in a part residential area, we ask you to please respect our neighbours by not making excessive noise whilst leaving the venue.
We have the right to refuse admission if you are (or appear to be) drunk, under age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or decline to be searched. Anyone refused entry will not receive a refund on their ticket.
