Tickets for all of our events are available to purchase online through our website. If there is still availability on the day of the show you can buy tickets on the door.
Door times are different for every event, please check the event page for further details. The venue and bar will be open from 6.45pm on event nights. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.
One small bag is permitted per person (no larger than A4). All bags may be subject to search by our security team, upon arrival at the venue. If you need to bring a large bag to the venue, it can be left in the cloakroom (£1 per item) and will be subject to a search by our security team.
Smartphones are permitted but professional + film cameras are not. The venue will take photographs at all events, the Old Fire Station reserves the right to use any photographs taken for marketing purposes and you agree to your image being used in this way as a condition of entry. If you bring a professional camera it will need to be in a bag and checked into the cloakroom. We will not take any liability for any damages to your equipment.
Yes, we have a very well stocked bar which is connected to the event space. Please note that at some seated events, the bar will be closed during the show.
Each of our event pages will flag any age restrictions, it’s always best to check before you purchase your tickets as refund will not be given for under age visitors. Please remember that we may ask to see your ID.
The acceptable forms of ID listed here are:
Valid passport, a photo driving licence or a proof of age card such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme
14 and 15 year olds will need to be under the supervision of an adult and each adult may accompany a maximum of 2 children.
16 and 17 year olds may attend age appropriate events and must leave the venue once the show has ended.
We operate a challenge 25 policy. So, if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 and you’d like to purchase alcohol in the Old Fire Station, you will be required to prove that you are over the age of 18. Please bring valid identification with you.
We will refuse entry to anyone under the age of 18 who appears to be intoxicated. They will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Please be aware that your bags may be checked upon entry. Anyone under the age of 18 trying to bring alcohol into the venue will be refused entry and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Any adult caught purchasing alcohol for a minor will be asked to leave and reported to the police, they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Please be aware that the Old Fire Station is in a part residential area, we ask you to please respect our neighbours by not making excessive noise whilst leaving the venue.
We have the right to refuse admission if you are (or appear to be) drunk, under age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or decline to be searched. Anyone refused entry will not receive a refund on their ticket.
